Team of the Week: Round 20

1.    Greg Inglis

No surprises here, GI was one of the most dominant players of the whole round as he ran riot over a sorry knights side scoring 3 tries of his own as well as setting up another one. His running game was sensational as he racked up 3 line breaks, 2 line break assists, and 12 tackle breaks and he also ran for 206 metres.

2.     Jorge Taufua

Jorge Taufua has kept his recent string of good form alive scoring 2 tries as well as getting 2 line breaks, 3 tackle breaks and running for 154 metres.

3.     Dylan Walker

Dylan walker was another one of the rampaging rabbits this week, also scoring 3 tries as well as running for 102 metres and making 1 line break, 5 tackle breaks.

4.     Tohu Harris

Playing out of position at centre this week, Tohu Harris played well, making 2 try assists, 1 line break, 125 meters and 17 tackles.

5.     Alex Johnston

There’s a pattern building here for Rabbitoh’s players… Alex Johnston also killed it this week scoring 2 tries and made 2 try assists, 3 line breaks, 4 tackle breaks.

6.     James Maloney

Maloney was dominant for the Roosters this week, especially with his kicking game, kicking 6 goals, 1 field goal. He also scored a try  and had a hand in more as well as making 3 tackle breaks, 1 line break assist, also running for 102 metres.

7.    Ben Hunt

Ben Hunt put in a sensational performance this week that many compared to an Andrew Johns like performance. He scored a try and set up 2 others, as well as making a line break, a line break assist, as well as being busy in defence, making 24 tackles.

8.    Jake Trbojevic

Jake Trbojevic put in a solid performance this week and received more minutes this week after an unprecedented amount of injuries to his side, forcing him to play around 70 minutes. During this time he made 26 runs for 238 metres, scored a try and made a line break and 27 tackles.

9.    Jake Granville

Granville was a key play maker in his side, to down the eels side, scoring a try, making 2 try assists, 3 line breaks, 1 line break assist, 5 tackle breaks, 166 metres and 21 tackles.

10.   Paul Vaughan

Vaughan has been one of the Raiders best forwards this season and despite being moved to the bench this week he was busy, scoring 2 tries, as well as making 2 line breaks, 10 tackle breaks, 160 metres.

11.    Kevin Proctor

Proctor was busy for his side this week, scoring a try and earning a line break, 2 tackle breaks and 31 tackles.

12.    Wade Graham

Wade Graham was massive for the Sharks this week in their win over the bulldogs, making a try assist, a line break, 3 tackle breaks, as well as running for 150 metres and making 27 tackles.

13.    Jason Taumalolo

Jason Taumalolo had slow start to this game but once he found his groove, he was unstoppable! He scored 2 tries as well as making 2 line breaks, 7 tackle breaks, and ran for 132 metres.


14.    James Segeyaro

Segeyaro put in a massive performance in a losing side, particularly with his play making and running games. He scored a try and made a try assist as well as racking up a line break, 2 line break assists, 5 tackle breaks, 5 offloads, and making 42 tackles.

15.     Jesse Bromwich

While not playing a massive role in any tries and some controversy around an alleged biting incident on Josh Dugan, Bromwich put in a solid performance making 18 runs for 182m and making 27 tackles.

16.     Elijah Taylor

Despite being in a losing side this week, Taylor put in a great defensive effort, coming up with 58 tackles! He also managed to score a try and making a line break and 3 tackle breaks.

17.      Corey Parker

Taumalolo only just pipped Corey Parker for the best lock this week. Parker was busy, scoring a try, kicking 3 goals, as well as making a line break, 37 tackles and running for 136 metres.
